The rules for using Hub Premium and the Central do Virtólogo, including the agreement on processing your patients' data.
Hub Premium and the Central do Virtólogo are online tools for therapists: maps, virtue folders (pastinhas das virtudes), the Session Record (Ficha de Atendimento), analyses with artificial intelligence, materials for patients and study content. They are run by Isabella Becker, under the brand Alquimia das Virtudes. By creating an account, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The maps and analyses are not a source of truth about the patient. They are a source for investigation and material for the conversation in session. They do not replace the therapist's analysis, but they make it easier and give it direction. The patient's self-assessment is biased and has blind spots; a map answered alone calls for conversation and investigation before any conclusion.
No tool makes a medical or psychological diagnosis. Decisions about the care are always the therapist's, within the limits of their training and professional registration.
For your patients' data, you are the controller. You therefore undertake to:
The patient has no contract with Alquimia das Virtudes. The care relationship, confidentiality and requests about data are between you and the patient. If a patient complains directly to Alquimia das Virtudes, the request is forwarded to you, and you answer it.
This section serves as the data processing agreement between you (controller) and Alquimia das Virtudes (processor), under the LGPD (art. 39) and the GDPR (art. 28). Alquimia das Virtudes undertakes to:
The doctrine of Virtologia — concepts, terminology, affirmations, protocols — belongs to Prof. Eduardo Casarotto. The organisation, texts, design and code of the tools belong to Isabella Becker / Alquimia das Virtudes. You may use the tools and materials in your work with your patients. You may not resell them, copy the tools or redistribute the content outside that use.
What you write and your patients' data remain yours.
In these cases the account may be suspended.
Everything you create, publish or send through the tools (reels, carousels, stories, captions, e-mails, materials for patients) is your responsibility. You undertake to follow the rules of your profession, never to expose a patient in a way that allows them to be identified, and to use another person's image, voice or testimonial only with their written permission. Alquimia das Virtudes does not review or approve this content before it is published.
When you connect Instagram or Google Calendar, you authorize the tool to act on that account only when you tell it to. The Central publishes only what you ask it to publish. The rules, limits and blocks of Instagram and Google belong to those companies; Alquimia das Virtudes is not liable for posts refused, removed or muted, or for accounts suspended by them. You can disconnect the account at any time.
You are responsible for complaints, fines, lawsuits and costs that reach Alquimia das Virtudes because of the way you used the tools, in particular: data recorded without the patient's consent; patient requests not answered; published content; breach of the rules of your profession; a shared password or an unprotected device. In these cases, you reimburse Alquimia das Virtudes for what it has to pay, including legal fees.
The tools are provided as they are and may have faults or be unavailable. Alquimia das Virtudes is not liable for clinical decisions made on the basis of the tools, for profits you did not make, or for data lost through misuse of the account. When Alquimia das Virtudes must answer for any damage, the amount is limited to what you paid in the previous 12 months. This limit does not apply to damage caused on purpose or by gross negligence, or where the law of your country does not allow it to be limited.
When these Terms change in an important way, you will be notified by e-mail and will have to accept the new version at your next sign-in. If you do not agree, you may cancel.
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the therapist's place of residence are chosen as the venue, without prejudice to the rights guaranteed by the law of the country where the therapist lives.
